Tim came and spoke at our Weight Loss Seminar on Jan 8th. We had several people join after hearing Tim.
Crystal’s husband, Fran has obtained his goal weight and has moved on to stage 4 . This is our stabilization phase in which we teach you to eat, by making better choices, what not to eat together, and when the best time to eat carbs and fat.
Betty has continued to do great on the program. She has lost 42.7 pounds in 9 weeks. Even going through the holidays. That is really amazing.
Today Leila weighed in for the first time in a month. She has had a few personal set backs and stopped the program for a month to get all the issues taken care of. Through the month off she had only gained 1.3 pounds. Today she is back on track and is eager to see her weight loss continue.
Leila’s husband Paul went off the program with his wife and is happy to restart.
