Our Ideal Health and Wellness Program is getting new members each week!!!!!

Tim came and spoke at our Weight Loss Seminar on Jan 8th.  We had several people join after hearing Tim.

Crystal’s husband, Fran has obtained his goal weight and has moved on to stage 4 .  This is our stabilization phase in which we teach you  to eat, by making better choices,  what not to eat together, and when the best time to eat carbs and fat.

Betty has continued to do great on the program.  She has lost 42.7 pounds in 9 weeks.  Even going through the holidays.  That is really amazing.

Today Leila weighed in for the first time in a month.  She has had a few personal set backs and stopped  the program for a month to get all the issues taken care of.  Through the month off she had only gained 1.3 pounds.    Today she is back on track and is eager to see her weight loss continue.

Leila’s husband Paul went off the program with his wife and is happy to restart.

Wow! It has been 6 weeks since we started the Ideal Health and Wellness Program. There is a reason it is called a health and wellness program instead of just a weight loss program. For the past 3 years Leila has had High Cholesteral and was a border line diabetic.   Two weeks ago when she had her blood work done the results were shocking to her and her doctor.  Her cholesterol was 134 from a high of 220. Also her sugar level had amazing results.   Her fasting sugar level was 85 and at her last blood check it was 202!!!!! 

Everyone is still losing weight and inches.  Even through the Thanksgiving holiday.

After 6 weeks Leila lost 27 pounds and 14 3/4 inches.

Betty Lost 33.8 pounds and 11 inches.

And let’s not forget our gentlmen on the program.

In 6 weeks Paul has lost 32.4 pounds and 23 inches.

There are many great changes happening at Crystal’s Spa and Salon.  We have given our spa a new look by opening up our stations and adding some paint.  A new floor will be coming soon.
